He is currently on tour with Creed playing a version of a DW Jazz Series kit in black ice finish, which will soon be equipped with black hardware. Scott was previously endorsed by Kit Tools--used the Scott Phillips Signature model. I originally found out in November, and confirmed again in January, that Flip has voluntarily decided to stop using his Kit Tools model. The scoop is: Kit Tools is out...Vic Firth (5B) is in. New Vic Firth "Flip" model sticks are expected July 2003.
